To help us answer on the first reply, tell us:

  • your order number, if you have one;
  • the fragrance and size involved;
  • for damage or a fault, photographs of the bottle, the inner packaging, and the outer box with the shipping label visible.

Before You Write

Many questions are answered in our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Terms of Service. If your parcel is on the way, your tracking email has the latest carrier update.

Do not send returns to us without contacting us first — a prepaid label is included in your package, and fragrance cannot be shipped as an ordinary undeclared parcel.
