Velencia Fragrance is our own perfume house. We design, blend, and bottle every fragrance we sell — nothing on this site is resold stock or a third-party listing. We ship across the United States.
What We Make
Our collection is built around wearable, long-lasting scent rather than novelty:

Every listing shows the concentration, the bottle size, the fragrance family, and the top, heart, and base notes, so you can judge a scent properly before you commit.
How We Work
Buying perfume online is difficult because you cannot smell it first. We have built Velencia Fragrance around three commitments that take the risk out of it:
Free shipping on everything Every order ships free within the United States, with no minimum spend. The price on the product page is the price you pay.
Returns that are actually free You have 30 days from delivery. If a bottle is still sealed, send it back for a full refund — a prepaid return label comes in the box, return shipping costs you nothing, and there is no restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 7 days of your return reaching us.
Support from real people Our team is available Monday to Saturday by email and phone. If you are not sure which concentration suits you, how a scent behaves in warm weather, or which of our fragrances is closest to something you already wear, ask us before you order rather than after.
On Scent, Skin, and Batches
A fragrance smells different on different people. Skin type, body chemistry, temperature, and even what you ate that day change how a composition opens and how long it lasts. Our descriptions and note breakdowns are an honest guide, not a promise of an identical experience for everyone — which is exactly why we make our discovery sets and why our returns are free.
We also work with natural materials alongside synthetics. Natural absolutes and essential oils vary slightly from harvest to harvest, so small differences in colour or opening between batches are normal and are not a fault.
Packaging and Care
Bottles ship double-boxed with moulded protection. Keep your perfume away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity — a drawer or a closed cupboard is better than a bathroom shelf or a sunny windowsill. Stored properly, an unopened bottle keeps for years.
